I have 30 pounds to lose. Wow. My body is SCREAMING for me to stop.
When I was in 7th grade, I ran track. I was actually on the track team for my school. I was good. WAS. Hahaha! Not any more. After 15 years of smoking(stopped that in '04), six kids and sitting on my rear while pregnant with my last, I find it VERY hard to run. I can jog, but not run. lol
Then I add my pup in training, 10 month old aussie shephard/blue heeler to the mix, Erica, well you can see where I'm going with this. Remember the dogs in UP when they saw a squirrel? Yeah. It takes a long time to try to run as the program states BUT, I WILL do it. It just might take me a few more weeks than the program calls for...
